CONCEPTS TO SELF DETERMINED SUCCESS
Below are some examples.
This is NOT a complete list as the possibilities are without limits.

Calculate Your Goals
Money is not always the most critical factor.
Reasons for wanting more from your career are many including unrestricted growth, autonomy, Quality of Career and Life balance, work environment, and many more.
However, for most, money must remain a consideration and it may often be a factor of influence when combined with other needs.
Review 1 chart a week for 200 providers at a rate of $15 per chart
200 X 15 X 52 = $156,000
Productivity
This is a production rate of 5 charts an hour or 40 charts per 8 hour day
This is extremely reasonable compared to industry benchmarks

OR
$60 in Revenue in each state each week also reaches $156,000 / year
$60 X 50 X 52 = $156,000
(Figures shown are averages – this does not mean it must be in 50 states. For example, it could be $120 / week in 26 states, or $176 each week in 17 states)
Compensation
Let’s face it. Employee compensation occurs after all others have received their (often larger) share of any revenue and that revenue is often primarily produced by the employee receiving the smallest share.
A very common wage is $25 per hour or $52,000 a year.
Under the above self made structure a coder can enjoy an increase of over $100,000 annually.
Achieving this opens the door to $1,000,000 that is quite attainable.
(The program shows just how this is done without complication)
Types of reviews that Providers would need: (Examples and not a complete list)
-
E and M Validation
-
HCC Audit
-
Procedure Audit
-
Documentation Integrity
-
Chronic Care Management
-
Anticoagulant management for a patient taking warfarin
-
Transitional Care Management
-
Wound Care Management

If a Provider can be saved one hour a week that is well over a weeks worth of time over the course of a year.
- $10 X 52 = $520
- $20 X 52 = $1040
Both examples show the cost to time metrics.
It would be a rare case that saving a Provider nearly 1 1/2 weeks of time would not be well worth $500 – $1,000 to a Provider.
Especially if that time savings is then turned into other Revenue such as seeing more patients.
MORE CONCEPTS COVERED IN DETAIL IN THE PROGRAM
Again, these are some examples and in no way is it a complete list.
